Corporate Governance
In March 2018, the AIM Rules were changed such that all AIM companies were obliged, from 28 September 2018, to apply a recognised corporate governance code, providing details of that code on its website along with details of how the company complies with or departs from that code. The Company has followed the Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Code since 2018 and has implemented various necessary corporate governance changes following the code’s revision in 2023 (the “QCA Code”). The Board believes that the QCA Code provides the Group with the right governance framework in view of its size, strategy, resources and stage of development, as it offers a flexible but rigorous outcome-oriented framework in which we can continue to develop our governance model to support our business. Please refer to our Corporate Governance Statement for details on our application of the QCA Code.
